On September 23 - 27, the Société Francaise du Vide (SFV) is organizing the PLATHINIUM (Plasma Thin film International Union Meeting), an important biennial meeting covering low-temperature plasma physics, plasma processing and plasma applications, in Antibes, France. The Conference will combine the scientific program with an industrial exhibition; AGC Plasma will be present to both: Dr. Mohammad Shayestehaminzadeh of the AGC Technovation Center will give a lecture on the Metal-to-insulating transition tuning in reactively sputter-deposited epitaxial V2O3 thin films and, in addition, AGC Plasma will be present at the exhibition on booth 18 with to aim to connect to the scientific community of plasma coating as an industrial partner to upscale promising vacuum plasma technologies.
